Morgan Goodaall, M.A. BCBA

Morgan’s passion for ABA began in 2015 when she interned at an ABA Clinic at WVU. After graduation, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for 4 years. During this time, she obtained a Masters of Science in Psychology degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and in 2020 became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Morgan is also starting on her 3rd year of being the lead teacher in a self-contained Autism Classroom for public schools. She has years of experience working in clinic, home and school settings with children of all ages.

In her spare time, you will more than likely find Morgan with her dog, hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting or anything outside!

Ryan Raynes, B.A. BCaBA, 

Clinic Supervisor 

Ryan began providing ABA services in 2016. While serving as a Registered Behavior Technician, he completed his coursework and became a BCaBA in the start of 2020. Ryan has experience working with a wide range of clients from 1-70 years of age. He also has experience working with ASD, Cri-du chat syndrome, TBI's and Downs Syndrome. Ryan is currently supervising our ABA clinic, providing assessments, and family trainings.


Alexis Cole, Senior Therapist

Alexis has been an RBT since 2019. She has experience with working with children with ASD, as well as other disorders such as OCD, ADHD, and Tourette’s Syndrome from ages 5 to 10 years old. She enjoys cooking and playing with her dog!


Kyra Zamora, RBT

Kyra has been teaching art to children since 2018. She became licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician in  2020 and began working with children with ASD.  


Victoria Ellis, RBT

 Victoria became a licensed Registered Behavior Technician in 2021. She is currently pursuing her B.A  in psychology, with plans to continue her eduction upon graduation.  Victoria's passion for working with children with ASD began when she was volunteering with the special olympics at her high school. Victoria learned about ABA, opening the door to pursue her dreams. Victoria spends her free time watching movies and playing with her dog.


Shelby Fillinger, RBT

Shelby began pursing a career in ABA in 2019 and became licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2020. and has experience working with children with ASD ranging from 3-18 years old. She is currently working to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Shelby's longterm goals include  obtaining a Masters degree with plans to become a BCBA. Shelby strives to make sure her session are fun and exciting to help her clients make progress! 


Zach Sturgill, M.A. BCBA 

(Schools/ Birth to Three) 

Zach began providing ABA services as a BCBA intern in 2018. In the summer of 2020, he completed his coursework and passed the boards to become a BCBA. Zach has experience working with children ages 2-17. Zach has worked in clinics, homes and schools working with a variety of diagnoses including: Autism, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, and more!

In his spare time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and playing sports.
